What’s new in 2022

Happy New Year! So delighted to have you with us. 2022 is shaping up to be a fantastic year of entertainment, teaching, inspiration and transformation with a wealth of new programs headed to your screens.

It’s never been easier to watch ACCTV, with Broadcast on Foxtel, Fetch and Satellite, iOS and Android apps for Tablets and smart phones as well as Android TV, Apple TV and of course the watch.acc.tv website.

This year we’ve got some terrific premiere movies, great new series, inspirational drama, new teaching and so much more, so stay tuned.

Coming up in January we’ve got the first run of new season Meet the Peetes and the long awaited season 2 premiere of cop drama Vindication.

January 13, look out for Beyond the Fire. This compelling documentary series follows the stories of Australia’s unsung heroes as they band together to create life from ashes after the Black Summer Bushfire Crisis. We meet Australians from all walks of life as they extend hands of generosity and share their stories.

January 15 sees the much anticipated return of viewer favourite Signed, Sealed Delivered with an all new feature length instalment, The Vows We Have Made. As Shane and Oliver prepare to wed, the team helps an unwell boy reunite with a lost friend. A new employee may deliver the answer for Rita and Norman to start a family.

Later in the month be sure to catch first-run film Why We Breathe. A young woman and her daughter relocate from the big city to small-town Nolensville, Tennessee to escape a violent past that will eventually catch up with them.

January 25 be on the lookout for Change the Heart. You are invited to the annual national prayer event on the evening before January 26 to Change the Heart of this nation.

Premiering February is new season Bringing Up Bates. ACCTVs biggest family show returns with all new adventures, more babies, more weddings and more of everything you love.

First run series Welcome to Hope follows the story of a young man who returns home to help his father run the family business after losing his mother to cancer, and tries to figure out what to do with his life.

Also look out for premiere movie Miss Virginia, the story of a struggling inner-city mother sacrifices everything to give her son a good education. Unwilling to allow her son to stay in a dangerous school, she launches a movement that could save his future – and that of thousands like him.

Other new movies premiering early in the year include Tulsa, the story of a desperate Marine biker whose life is turned upside-down when he is united with the sassy 9-year-old daughter he never knew existed, and Palau. A story of relentless grit, motivational strength and humbling triumph, Palau is the incredible story of evangelist Luis Palau. Amidst both seemingly insurmountable struggles and remarkable miracles, Luis never lost sight of his calling.

March will also see the return of much loved drama series When Calls the Heart.
